Is the Diamond Combo right for my home?

What's the difference between this and just a softener?
A softener reduces hardness and dissolved iron. The combo adds carbon filtration that also reduces chlorine, taste, odor and the hydrogen-sulfide (rotten-egg) smell common on local wells. If you have both problems, the combo handles them in one system.
Is this overkill for city water?
Often, yes — if you're on lime-softened City of Ocala water with no odor issue, a standalone softener or carbon filter may be plenty. The combo earns its place on wells and county water where hardness and sulfur or staining show up together. The free test tells you honestly which you need.
Does it fit if I'm on septic?
