Is the water test really free?
Yes. The in-home water test is free and there's no obligation to buy anything. We provide it so we can recommend the right equipment for your water — and you keep the results either way.
How long does it take?
About 20 minutes. We test right at your kitchen sink, walk you through what the numbers mean, and answer your questions. If a system makes sense, we'll show you the exact one and the exact price.
Will I get a hard sales pitch?
No. We show you your water, tell you honestly what (if anything) we'd recommend, and leave the decision to you. Published pricing means there's nothing to negotiate under pressure.
