So, did you know that we technically do not even really ever have to drink water to be properly hydrated? Honest! Of course, in reality our lifestyle habits are typically not overflowing with fresh, raw vegetables and fruits so supplementing our water intake with good ole H2O almost never hurts!
I say “almost never hurts” because you can over hydrate – just like you can underhydrate. Most of us underhydrate.
